Aurora WDC Analysis: Current federal legislation is focused on recovery efforts as well as moving towards reopening. There is little evidence of current support or enthusiasm towards looking at halted development efforts. These efforts may, however, benefit from the funding efforts going towards recovery depending on how they are positioned.
