Dr. Craig S. Fleisher is Chief Learning Officer and Director of Professional Development at Aurora WDC, Madison, Wisconsin, USA. He is a graduate faculty member for the Executive MScom at Switzerland’s Università della Svizzera italiana and Docent in Business Information Management, Tampere University of Technology, Finland. A widely published and cited author of a dozen books including Analysis Without Paralysis 2nd Ed. (FT Press, 2013), Business and Competitive Analysis (FT Press, 2007), Handbook of Public Affairs (Sage, 2005), Competitive Intelligence and Global Business (Praeger, 2005), Strategic and Competitive Analysis (Pearson, 2003), and 100+ scholarly articles, he has twice been a business school dean and endowed university research chair holder. His PhD was awarded by the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Dr. Fleisher is also a former President of the international association of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) as well as a Canadian professional association in the corporate public affairs field, inaugural chair of the Competitive Intelligence Foundation, and has been awarded the top international honors in the competitive and market intelligence field such as SCIP’s Meritorious Award and Fellows designations as well as having edited SCIP’s flagship scholarly Journal of Competitive Intelligence and Management from 2002-05. A frequent executive program leader, expert panel participant, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator contributing to events in over 40 countries, he consults with enterprises around the globe about their intelligence programs, is the top-cited Google scholar on competitive intelligence globally, and is widely considered the “Dean of Intelligence Analysis.”
